We take great care and pride in all our pieces and make sure each product that leaves our warehouse is exactly what you had asked for. 

Most of our products are hand dyed and hand woven on the looms across rural India and there might be slight irregularities and differences but we believe these variations only celebrate the uniqueness of being hand made   

Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to delivering your beautiful garments  to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines.

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Our Dispatch Policy

We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest 

Our standard dispatch timeline ranges from between 7 – 10 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Orders might be delayed on occasions that are not in our control 

In case you need a garment by a paticular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance 

Please note that processing time is separate from the time it takes for an order to reach its destination once it has been handed over to our shipping partner.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure for all domestic orders.

  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with SKY – KING for all our deliveries.
  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • A flat rate shipping fee of 150 will be applied to all orders with a total value below ₹4,999.
    • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with a total value of ₹4,999 and above.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from the shipping partner  which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order’s status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Yes, we can ship to PO Box addresses within India. Please ensure you provide the complete and accurate address at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging our products. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective you may return the merchandise unused,and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel at support@houseofikaat.com or reach us on our whatsapp number +91 9830332369 . Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution, including replacing the damaged item.
  • Lost Packages: If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@houseofikaat.com with your name and order number. We will look into the matter for you and work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At present, we only ship within India. We are excited about growing and plan to expand our services to international customers in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
