- IKAAT is not responsible for any delays, damages, or loss of packages once they have been handed over to the courier service. Any issues related to shipping must be addressed directly with Skyking Courier.

IKAAT operates on a strict “No Return or Refund” policy. All sales are final. Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We encourage customers to be certain of their purchase before completing the transaction.
